This may be used as evidence one day!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I did watch Ian Watt and he also gave me some tips (via e-mail). Free-form is good and I try and do things on one take, but I do plan out my message. Maybe Toastmasters really did help?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My latest post also had a vlog portion... so that's the link I'll attach.
