It's virtually impossible to say if any additional traffic was gained. There is a lot of noise in the traffic numbers. I doubt it lead to much of anything significant.

BUT, there is *no question* that it's a conversation starter. Several folks have engaged with me when they see it in stores, standing in line, whatever. And that is clearly a good thing.

I love it! I'm ticked I didn't think of it first. I have been printing t-shirts for a couple years now to hand out to former clients "I found my home on JustNewListings.com" and "real estate 2.0 where consumers win!" on the back w/ logo and all.

Anyway the t-shirt is excellent and a great gift to all clients in the past year and going forward, Jay.

That's to funny Jay. I have always been a big fan of novelty shirts. We have something called "bathtub weekend" here in Nanaimo, and every year for many years, myself and 4 friends would get together and have a little fun - part of the deal was, each year one of us was responsible for coming up with the shirts, ah youth.

Probably my favorite shirt (that I still have) is the "what happens at Google (Front) Stays at Google (back) that I had custom made for my team and I the last time we headed down to Google HQ - I gotta tell ya, they made quite the impact, and got people talking (even to us) - Just surfed the web looking for a pic, this is the best one I could find from Jim Boykins blog: http://www.webuildpages.com...
